Dr. Bell weaves his life’s story with the intricacies of his life. He begins his story with “my father had a 5th grade education and my mother went to the 10th grade. I was the seventh of nine children and I spent the first twelve years of my life in a chicken house that was built by my father. Our house burned and we had no fire insurance”… From tragedy to victory, he takes his audience from high school track star to his induction into the Armed Forces of the United States.

He shares his moments of pride and joy as an Olympic Gold Medalist in the long jump to his challenges of graduating from the Indiana University School of Dentistry.
